Press Release Summary: The National Portable Storage Association stands ready to
respond to emergency situations in the wake of Hurricane Ike and other storms
meteorologists expect to form this season.

Press Release Body: KANSAS CITY, MO. (September 8, 2008) – First, Hurricane Gustav
crashed into the Louisiana shores. Then Tropical Storm Hanna rolled over the east
coast of the U.S., causing tens of thousands of residents to lose electrical power.
Now the deadly Hurricane Ike is threatening the Gulf Coast again, and the hurricane
season is far from over.

\"Our thoughts and prayers are with the many families who have been affected by the
storms that have passed through the Caribbean and the U.S. during this hurricane
season,\" said John Finnessy, CMP, Executive Director of the National Portable
Storage Association, or NPSA, a nonprofit membership association dedicated to the
advancement of the portable storage industry. \"Our members are standing by ready to
help in time of need.\"

The NPSA recommends businesses and rescue groups rent, lease or purchase portable
storage containers ahead of the storm. Portable storage containers can preserve
goods and even lives in the wake of a storm. Portable storage vendors from coast to
coast are prepared to meet the demand of forward-thinking companies that understand
hurricane season won\'t end for nearly two more months and several more major storms
are predicted in the month of September.

Colorado State University (CSU) scientists are predicting there will be five named
tropical storms and two Category 3 or above hurricanes in September alone. In total,
meteorologists predict 17 named storms and five major hurricanes this season. \"We
expect the month of September to be quite active,\" confirmed Phil Klotzbach, lead
author of CSU\'s hurricane forecast. \"We have seen some of the lowest pressure
readings on record in the tropical Atlantic during August.\"

Constructed of steel, portable storage containers can stand hurricane-force winds.
As in past emergencies, like Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, NPSA members are ready to
dispatch containers during this time of need, either before or after the storm. For
